HLS Quick Quide

Go to: hls.gehealthcare.com

  • Register

    From the HLS Home page:
    1. Click on Redeem
    2. Enter your email address to check for an existing account
    3. Enter your Redemption Code
    4. Complete the registration page
    5. Check your email and click “Activate My Account”

  • Search

    From the Course Catalog Tab:
    1. Scroll down the page and use left/right arrow buttons to browse available courses and categories
    2. Click the Search button and enter a course title or topic in the search bar
    3. When you locate a course in the catalog, click More Info to read the course description

  • Take Training

    From the Course Catalog tab:
    1. Click the course title, or if viewing More Info, click “Click Here to Launch Course”
    2. You are now enrolled in the course
    3. All enrolled course will be added to the My Course tab

    From the course page:
    1. Click the Start button to begin the course
    2. All videos, “Provide Your Feedback” form, and assessment are required to complete the course
    Note: Assessment will be available only after the Feedback Form is completed.

  • Print Certificate

    From the course page:
    1. As soon as the course is complete, a link to “Click here to view your certificate” will appear on the course page
    2. From the top menu on any HLS page, click My Profile, then click Learning History
    3. The Learning History shows a summary list of the programs you have enrolled in, your completion status, and the dates the programs were completed
    4. Select the Certificate icon (in the last column) to open and print your certificate
